What services does ATC Psychiatry provide?

ATC Psychiatry provides evidence-based psychiatric evaluation and medication management through secure telehealth for adults, teens, and families across Washington State. Learn more about our providers on the About page.We treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar spectrum disorders, PTSD, OCD, and sleep-related concerns.

All appointments are conducted through a HIPAA-secure telehealth platform. Therapy may be available when clinically appropriate.

What insurance plans do you accept?

We are in-network with most major Washington insurance plans, including:

What conditions or services do you NOT treat?

For safety and appropriateness of care, we do not provide:

• Emergency psychiatric care

• Dementia or neurocognitive assessments

• Court-ordered evaluations

• Disability / FMLA evaluations

• Forensic evaluations

• Domestic violence intervention programs

• Detox or MAT for substance use

• Eating disorders requiring multidisciplinary teams

• Unstable Bipolar I or Schizophrenia requiring in-person monitoring

Do you prescribe controlled medications?

Yes — when clinically appropriate after a comprehensive evaluation. Learn more about what to expect during treatment on our What to Expect page. Controlled prescriptions may require:

• Periodic follow-ups

• Vitals when appropriate

• Medication agreements

• Coordination with primary care

We do not prescribe benzodiazepines long-term for chronic anxiety.
