What services do you provide?

ATC Psychiatry provides medication management (medication prescriptions) for clients ages 16+. For certain clients therapy may also be provided if it is the right fit. Due to the Covid 19 emergency, we are currently only seeing patients via telehealth.

Insurances Accepted: Premera Blue Cross, Regence Blue Shield, LifeWise, First Choice Health, Cigna, Kaiser Permanente, Aetna


How do I make an appointment?

Click on “Schedule an Appointment” at the top of the page. That link will connect you to our patient portal provided by IntakeQ/PracticeQ, where you can fill out intake paperwork by clicking on “request a consultation”. Further directions will be provided there.


What illnesses do you treat?

 

Every client is regarded as a unique constellation of personal history and current symptoms. The potentially reductive nature of mental health diagnoses are considered with every client. However, in terms of DSM-V diagnoses, the following are treated in office:

  • ADHD

  • Depression (including Unipolar Depression, Well-Managed Bipolar II Depression, Seasonal Affective Disorder, Post-Partum Depression, Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder)

  • Anxiety Spectrum Disorders (Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Separation Anxiety)

  • Panic Attacks

  • OCD

  • Phobias* and Fears

  • PTSD*

  • Eating Disorders*

    *Current research strongly suggests first-line treatment for these illnesses is various modes of therapy. In these instances, medication will only be provided as an adjunct to commensurate outside therapy.

Other conditions/situations treated:

  • Concentration

  • Learning and memory in educational and vocational environments

  • Irritability

  • Relationship and Interpersonal Difficulties

  • Grief

  • Life Transitions (education, work, etc)

  • Burnout


What do you NOT treat?

 

For various reasons, including clinical expertise, the need for multi-specialty treatment teams and limitations of our practice setting, the following conditions/services are NOT provided for:

  • Psychiatric Emergencies

  • Chronic suicidal ideation or self harm

  • Psychotic Disorders

  • Dementia

  • Unmanaged/Severe Eating Disorders

  • Substance Use Disorders

  • Work Evaluations

  • Disability Evaluations

  • Concealed Weapon Evaluations

  • Court-Ordered Treatment

  • Forensic Psychiatry

  • Domestic Violence
