Cash Rates
We maintain some of the most affordable cash rates in Western Washington to ensure high-quality psychiatric care remains accessible.
• Initial Psychiatric Evaluation (60–90 minutes): $300
• Follow-Up Medication Management (20–30 minutes): $150
• Extended Follow-Up (40–55 minutes): $300
Cash-pay clients may use credit/debit cards, HSA, or FSA.

Insurance Plans We Accept
We are in-network with most major Washington State insurance plans, including:
• Premera Blue Cross / Blue Shield
• Regence Blue Shield
• LifeWise
• First Choice Health
• Cigna
• Kaiser Permanente
• Aetna
• UnitedHealthcare / Optum
We also accept HSA/FSA cards, debit, and credit cards.
A card is kept securely on file for all patients for copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and any fees not covered by insurance.
Important: Insurance coverage varies by plan. For more details on how billing works, visit our FAQ page or contact us directly through our Contact page.
You may also review all service locations on our Locations page. We always recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm:
• Your telehealth behavioral health benefits
• Whether ATC Psychiatry is considered in-network
• Copay, coinsurance, or deductible amounts
If you’re unsure what to ask, our FAQ page includes a section on insurance basics.

Using Insurance for Telehealth Psychiatry
If you plan to use insurance, please ensure:
• Your plan includes mental health or behavioral health coverage
• Your coverage is active on the date of service
• You have your insurance card available during scheduling
• You understand whether you have a deductible
• You notify us of any plan changes prior to appointments
Most plans cover telehealth psychiatric medication management, but benefits vary based on employer groups, marketplace plans, and individual insurance design.
⸻
Cancellation Policy
To protect appointment availability, we require 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee
• Insurance does not cover cancellation or no-show fees
This policy helps ensure appointment times remain available for patients who need care.
⸻
Good Faith Estimates (GFE)
In accordance with the federal No Surprises Act, uninsured or self-pay patients are entitled to a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected costs for non-emergency services.
If you qualify, you will receive your estimate before your appointment.
⸻
Taxes
Many mental health-related expenses, including out-of-pocket costs for psychiatric medication management, may be deductible.
Please consult with a tax professional for details specific to your situation.
